Returns

If you purchased directly from wbpwz.top and wish to return an item within 30 days, we will refund or provide a store credit (minus any shipping costs). We do not charge a restocking fee, but return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Items must be returned in unused condition (except for defective items). You can initiate a return through your customer account on our website. Alternatively, please email Support@wbpwz.top and provide your order number to initiate the return process.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
